At Vema Tools, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at contact@vematools.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@vematools.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Any items not in their original condition or packaging

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@vematools.com.
